HOW TO APPLY FOR  A PETERSFIELD HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT

Petersfield School now offers online transcript requests. Transcripts requested online are sent to personnel@petersfieldhigh.com. This will initiate the transcript process.  E-mail will be sent once the transcript process has started and again when the transcript has been complete. Transcripts pickup of date will be at least (10 working days) - Please note that transcripts will require a physical pickup and a required payment for processing

An alternative method for online payment and electronic delivery, with a subsequent notification by email is being investigated and will be initiated once approved.

Tips For Ordering Your Transcript

  • Visit www.petersfieldhigh.com
  • Click Academics, Transcript Online Entry Form
  • Select if you are a past student parent/guardian
  • Select Today's date on the Calendar (request will also be automatically timestamped)
  • Continue to complete form.
  • Some questions are required and you must complete in order to move through the online process.
  • Other questions are optional but filling them out will help.
  • Once you have entered the particulars click submit

Confirmation Email of Transcript Request <<to be implemented>>

  • Once you click Submit - An Auto response should be generated.
  • Remember to Check your E-mail.  If not seen check your Spam folder.
